Growth and Development are two side of a coin. where growth is irreversible, whereas development is reversible; its common definition, but how we can compare with activities and thoughts; activities once done means, that's all. we can not revert it; so every step we have to do it carefully. but thinking is example of development, it can be revertible as we need. so thinking is different from acting; this is very good and simple example; in our carrier / life, which is our growth, which is our development; An individual don't have clarity on their growth and development; aging is growth, but development is what?
